WELLNESS ON THE WATER HITS DIFFERENT.
SENSASIA Spas was the official wellness partner for OFFSHORE, the Sunday Wellness Club at Sea, created by Breasy and Xclusive Yachts. We boarded ENCORE, a 40-metre luxury yacht, and left Dubai Harbour at sunrise. From there we cruised to the World Islands for a morning built around one question: what does it feel like to actually slow down?
A WELLNESS MORNING AT SEA
The programme included somatic movement on the flybridge and breathwork in the lounge. There were also ice baths on the bow and open-sea swims, with a live DJ, all before 11am.
THAI YOGA STRETCH AND MASSAGE ON BOARD
Between sessions, our therapists offered head and shoulder massages and assisted Thai yoga stretches.
Thai yoga stretching is an oil-free, full-body treatment. It improves flexibility and circulation through guided movement. Paired with focused head and shoulder work, it releases the tension that builds up from desk days and tight necks.
Guests moved from breathwork to stretch to plunge to massage, getting a full reset on open water.
WHY SENSASIA PARTNERED WITH OFFSHORE
OFFSHORE takes wellness out of the city and onto the sea. It focuses on movement, calm and real connection. We’ve always believed wellness is built in community, so the partnership was a natural fit. The brief was Reset. Regulate. Connect. With breathwork, cold plunges and hands-on bodywork, we think we delivered.
WELLNESS DOESN’T NEED FOUR WALLS
Sometimes it needs a yacht, a sunrise and people willing to show up early for something real.
Thank you to everyone aboard ENCORE for trusting us with your tension. Thank you also to Breasy and Xclusive Yachts, and here’s to many more mornings like this one!
